How to hire :
Hiring a marquee needn’t be daunting - simply follow these steps to get started...
Get an idea of price - a lot of customers find our sample quotes helpful but if you’d like a price for a specific size of marquee, an item or option or have any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
Check availability – probably the most important step! - as some dates are booked up well in advance and we simply wont be able to offer you a quote for those dates. Just answer the questions on the contact form so we have a good idea of what equipment you’re likely to need, where & when, and we can check to see if we have availability. If we do, then...
Arrange a site visit – there's no obligation to book. Together we can have a look at the site, run through different options and layouts (where might be best for windows, doors, dancefloor, drinks etc.) and any thoughts & plans you might have about catering, decor etc. It means we'll be able to give you a more accurate quote and it’s also an opportunity for us to check for any unwanted surprises (overhead power lines, access issues etc.).
Unless it’s just for an agricultural show / trade stand etc.) we always recommend a site visit.
We’ll send you a quote along with illustrations showing the layout and options we discussed. If you’d like to accept, then....
Book it – simply let us know and we’ll send you a Hire Agreement (please read our Ts & Cs) for signature and we ask for a 20% deposit to confirm the booking. The balance can be paid at any time up to 7 days prior to the event (or if you’re a corporate customer & require specific payment terms please contact us).
